Crystal discusses the breaking point that lead her to feeling so disconnected from herself, what she learned while hospitalized and how she struggled to adjust once discharged. She now uses her art as a way to communicate and connect with others, and is here to offer advocacy and hope that there is light on the other side of difficult times.
