People who struggle with Anxiety know they struggle. We often mean well, and tend to tell loved ones things like "calm down" or "just don't worry about it." I want to help you understand why it's important for someone with Anxiety to feel HEARD and to also take the pressure off of you from feeling like you have to "fix" the situation or make it better. I have some suggestions for you to work on listening to hear the person and not just listening to figure out the best response.
